Ms Jamie Koh

A very established teacher with teaching experience in both primary and secondary schools, Ms Jamie Koh is  well-equipped when it comes to teaching and communicating with children. She is deeply passionate about Linguistics,  and she makes use of her knowledge from Linguistics to help students develop the relevant skills for various components for English examinations, such as phonetic awareness for reading and articulation, word classes for comprehension cloze and reading comprehension. Being well-versed in the teaching of language and literacy allows her to help students improve their English by emphasizing literacy skills.

Ms Koh has also accumulated a wealth of professional experience in curriculum design. Together with a keen understanding of students’ learning gaps, she is also able to attend to students’ individual learning needs, and she helps to address key skills necessary for achieving specific learning objectives through her courses. Her cheerful and personable disposition makes her popular with students, who feel comfortable around Ms Koh and find learning with her a fun and enjoyable experience.
